If you later choose to return a commissioned piece to us, we may offer a buyback of 35% of the original purchase price, subject to inspection. This excludes shipping, additional designer fees and other customization or service fees. Resizing is available for a fee.

Readymade pieces: We may offer a buyback of up to 50% of the original retail price, subject to inspection. Pieces that have been modified, damaged or resized may not be eligible. Shipping is excluded. Resizing is available for a fee.

Care depends on the gemstone, metal and setting. As a general rule, avoid pools, hot tubs, salt water, household chemicals and direct contact with perfumes or lotions. Store pieces separately and wipe gently with a clean, soft cloth after wear.

Some Vedic pieces may be intended for frequent or continuous wear according to the traditional recommendation, but delicate gemstones can require additional care. We will provide specific instructions with your piece. Periodic professional setting checks are recommended for fine jewelry.

Once your piece is ready to dispatch, delivery typically takes up to 7 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Tracking details are provided after shipment. Customs duties, import taxes and local fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
