Twist Me Up is handmade in Italy in 18K white and rose gold, with natural diamonds following the curve of its sculptural, intertwined shape. At 5.68 grams of gold, it has more presence than a delicate stacking band while still being easy to wear.

The original is a diamond piece, but ruby, sapphire or emerald can be incorporated if you want to take the design in a more personal direction.
